DEAR SIR,
I HAVE RECHARGE MY MOBILE NO 8560918718 ON 06 MAY 2013. WITH RS. 65/- FROM WEBSITE OF AIRCEL. IN THIS PLAN AS PER THE WEBSITE ON THAT DATE UNLIMITED CALL ON AIRCEL FOR 7 DAYS. BUT I AM CALLING ON AIRCEL MOBILE AND RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM COMPANY MY TALK TIME BALANCE IS OVER HOW IT IS POSSIBLE THEN I TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE HE TELL ME THAT PLAN IS CHANGED BUT THE WEBSITE IS TELLING 65/- UNLIMITED CALL ON AIRCEL. PLS HELP ME AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST AIRCEL COMPANY
