I, Jalaluddin having account No. 52211904933, ATM Card No. 4585 4600 0028 2005 in your bank.

I was withdrawing the amount Rs. 10,000/- from ATM of Union Bank, Bhajanpura (Near Police Station, Bhajanpura) on 05.04.2013 between 07:38 PM to 07:45 PM, I got a message on my registered Mobile, +91 9873121396 i.e. “Your account 522xxxx4933 has been debited on 05/04/2013 by INR 10,000.00 towards ATM cash withdrawal. Available Balance: INR 1,877.00 – StandChart” but neither any Cash nor acknowledgement receipt has been come out from the ATM machine.

At that time I registered/lodge a complaint against this in the customer care vide complaint No. 20130405152263 and they said it will take a week time.

After a week time the bank is saying that the transaction is OK.

Further I lodged a complaint in written to the bank on 15.04.2013 and again 25.04.2013.

Also I request them to provide me the CCTV footage at that date & time.

There is already 01 Months has been gone and I found no result. They neither provide me the CCTV footage nor the amount returned back. During this month I mentally and financially harassed and beard so much tension and could not sleep.

I request you to kindly take immediate serious necessary action for the same and relief me out.
