i have booked ticket for jabalpur to singrauli from IRCTC online ticket in train 11447. D.O.J- 12-11-14. its deaparture timing on that particular time on site was showing 23.50 different from its original timing i.e- 00.30
so accordingly i got booked my ticket. i am having same time on ticket booked also but now the time is same now i want to know why i got wrong timing on the site. Due to this i will have to change my date of journey also. So i want repayment of it as due to this blunder of IRCTC i got to cancel my ticket.
If these kind of blunders will be done by IRCTC then how can a person book ticket confirmly. want action on this asap.
