POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

THIS IS WHAT I WROTE TO THE NOKIA COMPANY

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Mr. Dhananjay A. Bheda from Jamnagar (Gujarat) having (unfortunately) a Nokia Lumia 920 of IMEI no. 354149058490662 which had been submitted to a Nokia Care Centre at Rajkot (Gujarat) which name is Fonezone [535504867] as on 04/08/2014 & Job sheet no. pertaining to the same is 535504867/140804/015 (copy attached). All the details about device & its problem alongwith my contact details may be referred from attached Job Sheet.
As mentioned in the job sheet; target delivery date of the said handset was 30/08/2014 i.e. after 26 days of my submission of handset to Nokia Care Center which has already been passed almost a fortnight back as on date while I am writing this.
In this regard I have contacted concerned Nokia Care Center several times but they are unable to retrieve any information about my device being totally unaware about its current status & location.
After then I called Nokia Customer Care on no. 3030 3838 where a complaint was lodged under complaint no. 1-15463101359. In connection with this complaint; I got a call from Nokia team from no.+911413920500 & Mr. Vikas from your side told me that the device has been dispatched to concerned Nokia Care Center as on 02/09/2014 & thus I would get the same within a week following.
After hearing nothing either from Nokia Care Center for so long; I again called Nokia Customer Care on no. +911413920500 on 12/09/2014. At that time a customer care executive Mr. Parag told me that my aforesaid device has been dispatched on 06/09/2014 which means the above mentioned information given to me by Mr.Vikas about its dispatch on 02/09/2014 stands completely false & it was like making a customer fool.
Then after on my conversation with Mr. Parag; I again lodged a complaint under complaint no. 1-15528457479 & in that regard I received a call from Nokia Team on 13/09/2014 in which it was informed by an executive that my device is yet to be dispatched.
I must say this is so ridiculous & bizarre contradictory information I am keep getting from your various executives about the current status of my device & feeling so embarrassed, ashamed & angry on myself that I purchased a nokia device which service provision is so poor & shabby.
It has been total 41 (Forty one) days completed as on 14/09/2014 since I submitted my cell at Nokia Care Center & yet haven’t got it back. Apart from this I am not being provided any correct information from your side about the status of my phone which is very shocking.
Further it is essential to mention here that the all the other customers who submitted their devices at the same Nokia Care Center after mine have got their devices back after necessary service well before I am writing this email as I have come to know from concerned Nokia Care Center.
I am having all the calls & talks done with nokia executives recorded in my cell which are a living proof how I have been misguided & ill-advised by nokia team which I afraid will have to produce in complaint I am going to register in police if will not get my device back (either serviced or a new one a replacement) within 05 (Five) days from the date of receipt of this email i.e. upto 19/09/2014 & won’t hesitate even a little in dragging this issue to court. Moreover, I am also gonna spread this entire incident across media & newspapers in such case which may please be noted.
It is needless to mention here that I am completely exhausted, frustrated & angry while writing all this.
Looking to this you are hereby once again requested to make my cell available in my hand at the earliest on priority basis (either serviced or a new one a replacement).
