I have ordered a item (Coal Black Bag ,Belt & Wallet Gift Set For Men) from “SNAPDEAL.COM” on 15th August 2014. They sent me the wrong product on 21st August 2014. So, I complained against it to them and they picked the wrong product. But again they sent me the same wrong product to me on 1st September 2014. So, I again complained them about the wrong delivery by email. They have asked for the images of the wrong product. I sent the images to them within 1 hour. But since then, I haven’t got any response from them, though I have mailed them several times after that. So, I want to register a complain against them. Kindly advise me regarding this. Looking for a positive reply from your side as early as possible.
