I had placed the order for Zaveri pearl necklace ORDER NO-948981409 on 15th july. The product was defective and I raised the request for my refund of Rs.1000/-. Consequently I followed-up to take that product and process my refund but no response from your end as your courier service is very pathetic.
After many days, I got the Account payee cheque in the name of some “Sumit Arora” although the product was delivered to Mr. Anil Kumar Singhal. I again called up customer care for raising complaint, and was guided by them to send ID proof of Mr. Anil Kumar Singhal with wrong cheque.
The faulty cheque was delivered to you on 1/09/2014, and had a word with Mr. Ashish (Emp No-8767), who committed me that the cheque will be delivered on Wednesday ie 10/09/2014. Ideally, they have take eight working days.
Again I called up on 11/09/2014, and as usual, complaint was raised by Mr. Prabhat Roy (Emp No-7711), and he further committed me that the cheque will be delivered on Monday ie 15/09/2014.
The service and commitment which I have recieved from your company is bogus and spurious. They took 2 months to escalate this issue and still I have not received my refund cheque.

I called up again on 12/09/2104 at 12:30 AM and now I am guided that my cheque is still not processed and I have to send my documents again.
This company has taken my money and also wasted my precious time.
The discrepancies made by your company are as follows:-
1. Dispatched faulty product
2.Pathetic courier service
3. Lack of coordination with courier department
4. Variable commitments by customer care people.
5. Erroneous
6. No justified and satisfactory response from customer care and supervisor.
I am a disheartened customer with your organization. The service provided to me are worst.
Kindly look into this matter seriously.
