Wrong deduction of Rs.475

I have put my sim of mob no 9509403198 in dongle and tried to connect net but I could not connect so I removed it from dongle just after one minute and put it in my mobile and when I checked balance, I found that they have deducted whole amount of Rs.475 without any uses. I tried to register my complaint on no. 198 and 18602002011. Though they agreed for wrong deduction, but they refused to register the complaint and refund of wrong deduction. Please take coresive action against Reliance Communication so that consumer’s interest can be protected.
