Recently I have ported into vodafone postpaid. It got activated now, but I got a message that my service will be stopped due to fail verification. When I contacted vodafone care I found that in my address instead of I-36A, they have I-3A. But at the time of sim delivery their agent came to correct address and wrote same address on the application form.
then I went to vodafone store on 24/07/2014 and paid all dues and converted my sim into prepaid services. Their rep. gave me a new sim and promised that within 48 hours it will be activated. but still it is not working. I contacted the chat support and talked to Gurdeep about same. he told me that the sim is faulty. I need to replace it. and disconnected the chat after saying that.
