WRONG DEDUCTION OF MONEY INSTEAD OF REPEATED COMPLAIN

i am samir baran das a customer of RELIANCE communication GSM service with no 9543200380. I recharged with Rs 34 on 21st of may 2013 to get the benifit of calling std numbers at 35ps/min. I got the confirmation msg also after the recharge. But when i call std numbers i am being charged Rs 1/min. So i called the customer care and he verrified the recharge and lodged a complain SR203347398 and assured me it ll resolve in 48hrs. I got a msg also the offer benifit updated in my account but still i am being charged Rs1/min. I am repeatedly complaining SR No 203207288 for the last 7 days but they are not resolveing the problem.I am really pissed off with their behaviour.Kindley help in resolving the problem and refund the extra money they deducted from my account.

    Noone from your side yet called me and resolve the issue. Still i am being charged Rs1/min.
