Dear Sir/Madam,
I applied for Airtel broadband connection on 10-05-2013 through online. My request reference number is 174254217. Then one airtel person called me and told me one executive will call me and they need to check the availability. He mentioned the Airtel executive name is “Sathish”. The executive came in the evening and after checking availability he told me to fill the form. I applied for 60GB unlimited plan(1250/-). He told me to pay Rs.600/- advance.I gave the advance and asked about the refund of the advance. Then he told me with the third bill the advance amount Rs.600/- will refund. I asked for receipt for the advance, but he told me there is no reciept for advance and he didn’t give any receipt. Several time I called him to know the status. But he didn’t pick the phone. After one week he told me Basapura Airtel broadband is not available like that. Then I asked for the advance, he told me within one week Airtel will refund the advance amount(Rs.600/-). I called him several times, but he didn’t pick the call. He is cheating me. I already send one mail to Airtel online mentioning all these things. But still I didn’t get any reply from Airtel. Please do the needful to me.
