i have been using airtel no. for last 2 years and this year they have deducted nearly 400 rs from my phone on different occasions. latest deduction is of around 90 rs. the main problem is that the customer care people never talk and avoid us like hanging our phone or put us on waiting for as long as 10 minutes. i never got a satisfactory answer from them , frustrated and feeling helpless and cheated i have now come to consumer forum to help me out.
please take action and reaolve the matter.
