very poor service

Name of company/service: micromax

I’ve been told by your authorized service centre to wait for 20 days for replacement of not working touch pad of my canvas 2 (A110) phone under job sheet W030499-0313-3242205 & that too without any alternative solution… Why you people can’t replace the failed parts within a day or two; why such a long waiting period of 20 days..? How a customer will manage in these situations… Disappointing response & service..
