Wrong deduction of balance amount.

Location/place: Hastsal, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59

Name of company/service: Idea Cellular Ltd.

I am using Idea pre-paid Mob. No. 9990118299. From the last 7 – 8 months whenever I make recharge, the next day they are deducting all the amounts on the pretext that I am using GPRS facility. I have never applied or used GPRS and my instrument is not having the capacity of this facility. I have complained several time by sending e-mail, writing letter and making calls, but still they are doing so. Approx. Rs.2,000/- have been deducted from me without using any such facility. Being a hospital serving lady I required mobile facility and due to the above I cannot make any calls whenever I am trying to make calls, my mobile shows ‘0’ balance. I request your help and justice may be given to me.
