Tradus.in has cheated me by sending me a defected product.
I had applied to buy an Airtyme GTX75 torrid mobile phone via tradus.in

Item id: 2515258
Which i received via Aramex courier at 28-jun-2012
Later i found its battery consumes so much power & takes too much time to charge itself
it takes around 10hrs too full charge sometime more than that & sometime its touch does not accept proper command & display light remains on till i switch the phone off
I contacted Airtyme service center & requested to repair this.
They said i don’t have proper invoice NO IMEI no. in invoice

so it cannot be repaired also said to me if i want they can give me the same phone against rs.1200 for which i have paid rs.1600 to tradus.in so i got cheated for 400rs as well without proper invoice which does not include IMEI no.
I sent mail again & again to [email protected] explained about faulty product & asked for help
Requested to send me an invoice with IMEI
They are not replying me i sent complaint using their website also from my profile but nothing worked
Really i am stuck by buying this phone & trauds.in is a cheaters website
They help you before buying but after sale they show their real face
Now i don’t want to keep this defected piece with me i want my money back
Will never deal with cheaters like tradus.in
Any help on this will be highly appreciated.
