Wrong deduction of balance

My name is Divaskar Semwal & I own a reliance prepaid sim. On 09.09.2013, I was having a balance of talktime of approx Rs. 180, and 3g data balance of 520mb. I started a download of 488mb. After the download was completed, the 3G data balance was reduced which was Ok, but my main balance of talktime was also wrongly deducted. I tried contacting the Customer care but their number was not contactable for hours, even when it got connected I was holding the line for almost half an hour but no one attended the calls. Two times the phone got connected but at that time their system were not working. Finally after 5 hours, I managed to speak to an executive, who kept insisting on the thing that I was not having any 3g data, thats why my balance has been deducted, but I firmly kept my point that I was having the 3g data, at the end he transferred my call to his superior, when I had a word with his superior, again I got a response that system is not working. I said atleast listen to my problem. When I started explaining my problem, he disconnected my phone.Now, I want back my worngfully deducted balance of 120rs.
