We purchased our monthly grocery from spencer hyper in kolkata South-City. We purchased a lot and hence opted for home delivery. They delivered me the product, damaging it! We purchased 10 liters of oil, all the oil was leaking on the floor. We we rang up the spencer’s authority, they shrugged off all responsibilities and said that it was our fault!!!
