Name of company/service: Tata Sky
Tata Sky has debited to my account no. 1027012838 Rs. 125 rupees four times. i.e. 25/06/20112, 27/06/2012, 30/06/2012(twice). But their person has visited only once on 30/06/2012. After several calls and chats, they have not reversed Rs. 250 debited earlier and also debited 125 excess on 30/06/2012. Please take strict action against them and ask them to reverse amount of Rs. 375/ which is debited in excess. Also ask them to pay me compensation for my inconvenience of Rs. 1000/- like waste of time, telephone bill etc.
