Name of company/service: H.D.F.C CREDIT CARD
Dear sir:-
i am hdfc bank credit card holder (credit card no is-5289 4550 0358 7182).h.d.f.c bank credit card department regular charge 600/-to 700/- on monthly bill.
last 3 to 4 month regular complain to customer care and then reverse finance charge..
this month jun2012 my credit card statement bill again showing bill amount 6076/- extra .
In this bill added 644.69/- as a finance charge.your coustomer care says bill received on 8 may2012.
but i talk to your customer care last time, your customer care are saying drop to check after clearing to finance charges.
so after conformation i have drop the check.
after then you charge again why ?i have drop check on 1/06/2012,if your check is cleared and update on 8/06/2012..then what is my mistake..
h.d.f.c customer care are not reliable for customer and company..then why use them ?
i request you resolve problem as soon as possible.
