Wrong Commitment at the time of admission in school

Dear All,
I have taken the admission at St Xavier school in LKG, at the time of admission the principle committed the following things but its pending since 6 months.
1. Playground is not in proper shape
2. Table chair is not there for LKG students.
3. Only one teacher is there for 4hr class
4. No school dress is being provided

This school is situated at Hanspal, Bhubaneswar, Orissa.
Schoo Name is – St Xavier public school
5. Since the beginning of the session there is no management with parents meeting called by the school, several times parents raised the same issue
