I am a reliance datacard user having plan of unlimited usages in 750Rs per Month. I got my second bill of Rs 3425.00 and they stopped my services. I called to customer care and have recorded the communication where they clearly accept this is mis-activation of another plan. They have taken my complain but even after 24 hours my services are not re-activated.
This is completely irresponsible insident of Reliance Services.
