wrong commitment

Name of company/service: NHO

Dear Sir,
i taken 7 NHO health cards from NHO 3 months back. marketing representative committed wrong services. not a 1% service is possible practically for me..after that i contacted NHO, & said the same. they agreed with my issue & agreed to refund my amount.within 15days..they started process..but after few days..they are saying “this is not possible” offering another proposal…but that proposal is also not possible for me.. so i need my money return back
pls help me.
