Hi, I had booked for Ubislate later upgraded to Ubislate 7+ in March last year and payed the requisite amount. When they failed to send me the tablet, I wrote to them to refund my monies giving them my details as asked by them. From then on, there is no communication from them in spite of repeated mails sent to their address.
How do I proceed now?
