Hi, I received an EMI card from Bajaj FinServ, with 60,000 limit. They mention on their brochure that I can purchase any ‘Consumer Durable Product’ and Smart Phone is in their list. When I went to buy a Smart Phone they denied that through this card I cannot purchase as Smart Phone is not their list, while the same is available on their website also that I can purchase Smart Phone. I completely disappointed and loose my faith on Bajaj.
