Vodafone unauthorised bill charges postpaid connection

The telecom company has called up to change the internet plan for which i agreed.So they deactivated my current plan and started the new plan only after 4 days and during this gap they have charged me rs 1900 on account of internet charges.i called up the executive today and after discussing with him for half hour he purposely disconnected the call.since he had no answer to my query raised.I guess vodafone been such a branded company should have atleast borthered to answer my query.-My mobile no is 9321681514
