Wrong Charging

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Srinagar Kashmir&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Bharat Scouts and Guides</p>Aircel has activated a service “Namatha”on my number on its own and deducted Rs 30.
I called 198 but the CCE’s dropped my repeated calls.
Please help.
