Bizzare pack directly activated by company

Dear sir,
I am sanjay kumar my Mobile No. 9800235401 network operator is Airtel, west bengal, company many time deduct my balance randamly from my amount with out any request by me or my mobile but airtel company deduct the balance, today company activate bizzar pack and deduct 10 rs. from my balance and after this me call on 198 to complain but attendent reported to me plz call on 12116 and take help after this ony it help to deactivate survice and it also deactivate pack but no refund provided by company. plz take action on this why these company automaticly deduct unaccepeted amount. suppose one company randamly select 10000 person to deduct 10 rs. so it earn 100000 per day and annual incone become 36500000 per annum without any service. so it is 420 with cosumer. kindly help and report it a serious complain and take action.
