Wrong charges for downloading

I have been charged rS 270 for Content Downloading from some Vague site which is “ONM_VCONTEST_PPU_5” as per the detail bill I received.
Now what is this site even Vodafone Customer Care doesn’t know. From your complaint site I find that a person from Gujarat has also been charged for download from the same site.
Some kind of nonsense / mischief is happening. Can someone enlighten me as to what is this site

    I have also been charged for ₹500 by Vodafone Idea for downloading from site “ONM_VCONTEST_PPU_5”. I am not aware of this site and have not downloaded or accessed this site. I have raised my concer to Vodafone Fort Branch store and I have emailed the same to [email protected]
