Vodafone has Charged Rs.49 as download charges in my August phone bill. My phone no. is 8860616005. On enquiry they say it is for a download from a chargeable site wapvilla on 30/08/14-05:23:02 . They could not even tell how much kb was downloaded as these are fake and no such transaction was done. I assure you no such transaction happened on my part. Vodafone is false charging people for this transaction. These are fraud charges and I want a written apology plus Rs.49 back in my bank account ( not as talktime or internet pack or any such rubbish ).
