Mental Harassment

This company(Tikona) has given me a fraudulent bill for the month of june ’14. I have denied to pay this bill as I asked to disconnect the service in the month of May only.
I raised 3 time request to dissconnect my connection,( by mail and on customecare number) but that time they were giving me some offer like we will reduce your monthly amount .
Now they are calling me from various number (+91-8107875573 & +91-7734038204) and are mentally harassing me. The person on phone says that he is some lawyer named Ranjan from Delhi Civil Court and he will order an arrest warrant against me and send local police person to catch me from my home, arrest me and take me to Delhi civil court for not paying this bill.

Please do something about this cheaters.
