I am a Delhi based Vodafone customer. My number is 971175****. Vodafone has again charged me Rs. 99 extra for a download I did not do. About 6 months back, they had done it and now they have done it again. Last time also I had complained against them and then they had reversed the charges. I am a red advantage plan user and the dedicated relationship manager they have given me also says that he can do anything about it.. I fail to understand why do they resort to such cheap tricks to swindle money out of consumers. this is really disheartening.
