So here it goes, last night I placed the order for a chocolate bouquet which was bound to be delivered today.
But 2 hrs back I received a mail stating it would take 2 -3 days to deliver. Asking for reason he states it is mentioned in Point no 11, Chocolates n all would take time …
My point is while placing the order for the next day – why and error is not triggered.
Then my next point – Then cancel and refund… He writes cant cancel as it has been processed… What kind of response is that…
I tried their 5 nos … no one responded all were busy… Wrote over 10 mails asking them to call me and close the issue or share their manager no.. response….
Further more , I asked them to deliver it on 14th in the case of delay… Still no response…
Pls help me to get my money back
