I Mr Manik Kumar Paria Informed to you that now I am using a vodafone connection and my Mobile No 8334903003. This is the kolkata Circle no. Just from few months I will seen that Vodafone unnecessary charged me some of Download containt. But I didn’t dowload any kind of this. In this month also Vodafone charged me Rs 400 aprox again the download containt. For Regarding this issue Iwill send to a mail In Vodafone appellate. Appllate officer of the Vodafone informed te me this is the genuine charged. Appellate Officer force fully proof it its a genuine charge. I will request him how to say its a genuine charge he said its genuine charge only reason we will sent you a bill.
As Per my concern Appllate Officer force to prove it that its a legal charge.
So sir if vodafone frequently charge me month on month as of the company choice then how I will survive it. Every month I will extra paying so many amount. Its my painful request please take care of this issue and solve it permanently.
