I had ordered this on an independence sale on 16th Aug.On 17th Aug,Amazon guys tell me that they have cancelled my order without my consent and there is no particular reason for it.After I ask the for a re-delivery of the same they say its not possible and start arguing. After wasting half of my Sunday they finally say that I am not liable for the discount and it might have been a mistake on the part of FEDEX – their courier service and I need to do the same order on the non discounted price and after I receive the order they might do a cash back.
Now who can believe this joke.After proposing them to pay the actual amount of my order on the new order as well,they said its not their policy.Not delivering a committed product is in their policy but delivering the same even after accepting their fault is not in their policy
Hats off to AMAZON.IN for making me feel disgusted on a Sunday.
Thanks a lot to Mr.Talvinder and their team for doing the worst job of service providing.
Sorry to the company that I could not review this product because I never even saw it thanks to AMAZON and I really hope people come to know about the reality of such a big organisation.
