My mobile no is 9967969945. I was intially a Airtel user. A executive from Vodafone called me and asked me to port to Vodafone for which a special Billing scheme was given to me. It was rental of 199/-, unlimited 2g and Std/Local 600 free mins and the scheme to be continued for lifetime.
But after porting to Vodafone, I was told by Vodafone that this scheme is not activated on my no. I had call recording of the Executive who had given me the offer. The same was mailed to Vodafone by me twice dt.16/12/2014 and 23/12/2014
I have even complaint ( SR no. 1633347940) to their executive and I was informed that my complaint will get solved in 48 hrs
But there has been no reply from Vodafone.
