I Rajib Sinha had booked a flat in Kohana floors in the year 2013 December on oayment if Rs. 10 lakhs. for which initially they had nt handed me the receipt for the same….on continuous follow up i got the receipt after 1 year. then they unceremoniously shifted my booking to anther project with out informing me. At this when i asked them they said that project is no more valid. at this i requested for a refund….for which they made me wait for 4 months and on consistent pursuance they gave me a PDC of Rs. 10 lakhs which is due for March 2015. All the while company had kept my hard earned money with them and have not even bothering to give interest …and the least of all any any information of the project.
Requested to please help me in getting justice against these errant developers.
