We are using Airtel postpaid connection, The connection is being used by our MD, in the month of Sept’ 14 he was in abroad, during that period, they have charged bill for out going sms charges approximately Rs. 2300/-, (all the amount is for one number only) which was not used by us actually. We have given compliant at Aitrel office counter at Begumpet, Hyderabad and Customer Care and appellate authoirty hrough mail. But we have not received any reply.
