i have booked a net connection on 20 sep 2014 but till date i have not recieved complain .giving reapeatly complain they didnt gave connection .the person who booked connection is MR .SK BASHA(9502538795 MOBILE NO) n when i talk to manager MR UDAY(9000660439) he said we cannot give connection in that area that is dilsukh nagar.so now i want to know what they where doing sience one month .so now i want my full amount back with interest n one month amt as compensation because since one month they didnt respond to our complain n after one month say cannot give connection. so kindly help. details:costumer name- UMASHANKAR.
