Hello,
In my latest Vodafone billing 03.07.17 to 02.08.14, i have been billed an additional amount of Rs. 30/- Against ”hello1_tvallsouth_”.
I talked to the customer care guy and he said some websites charge downloading cost on their own. I have not got to any of such website neither i have received any notice/confirmation message of this. On searching the web about this I found out that it is a service of Vodafone itself on the name Hello TV(live TV streaming). I want correction in my bill and discard of any such service whatsoever.
