Round trip Bookings done from make my trip have only one selection criteria, i selected the option on August the 4th to leave from delhi to lucknow but inadvertently when i saw the booking on my mail it became lucknow to delhi, the make my trip team says they have checked there logs, i myself have checked my company’s logs and because of the compliance issue i cannot reveal the records, however they told me to book another flight for the same day and i did the same, but now i have two bookings and they are not refunding the first one, am down rs 8000 approx for a flight that i got initially for 3000rs approx

My email id is [email protected] you might find a lot of bookings because I always use make my trip.. but after this incident I have stopped booking from your website. This is in reference to the booking on the 4th..you can check that i was told by amarjeet singh to book another flight and so I did that made me book 2 separate tickets..you guys got all the business and I was the looser here..i was travelling from Delhi on the 9th August and from lucknow on the 11th..please check you details and tell me how can I book an incorrect flight when am a frequent flyer. .plz refund me back for me to do any further business with you..

In reference to your complaint, we have validated the issue with our technical team to understand if there was any site issue at the time of booking. As we have logs for every booking made on the website and after validating the same logs we have found that while booking this reservation passenger has selected Lucknow as departure city and Delhi as destination city. Same information was shown on the review page and as per the logs passenger had clicked on ‘OK’ button to proceed with the booking . This was not a site issue, so we will not be able to honor this case.
Further please let us know if you would continue with the booking or would want to cancel or amend your booking. For any cancellation/ amendment, penalty would be applied as per the fare rules.
