I have corporate connection number 9891499399. I have requested to Vodafone to activate net plan to my corporate number @ Rs 99 for 2 GB on Dated 06.06.2012, due to so many huddles and misguide of Vodafone customer care it was activated after 15.06.2012.
Secondly now my bill generated and I come to know they have charged me for above said service without pro data basis and as well they are charging for net uses after 06/06/2012 which is costing me around Rs.1900/- if they are charging me for data plane from date of request then how they can charge for data usage in between billing cycle. I want to inquire customer care for this but they always put me on hold or my line is not likely to go to customer care. If I am trying for some other number I am then only able to talk to customer care. This is suppose they have done some setting to not to attend my number complaint.
