CHEATING.

Name of company/service: SWITZ INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD

I had purchased this product “Switz Spring Roll Sheets” from hypercity. The batch code and everything is mentioned in the attachment.

First of all I want to complaint that the entire packet of the sheet was broken from inside the upper one and the lower one sheet was intact, rest all of them were broken with cuts in it. So we could not use the sheets at all to make the rolls. Also as specified on the cover there should be 25 sheets in the same, whereas to our astonishment we discovered only 21 sheets. This is happened for the first time in my life from the time I am using this Spring Roll Sheets.

Now this is the way the consumers are being cheated. I need an explanation for the same to be given to me at the earliest.

I am also planning to go the consumer grievance cell for the same.
