wrong billing and harassment

Location/place: Vadodara/Gujarat

Name of company/service: Airtel mobile services

Respected Sir/Madam

Couple of months back i was wrongly charged by airtel company on my mobile bill of excess net usage.
From approx. 2 yrs i was using airtel mobile net services and my monthly usage was 500-600mbs max on 2g and they asked me to change my plan to 2g-3g combo and now they say i have used excess of 2g services where as i have almost equal usage of 2g and 3g services.
They have charged me only 90rs on 3g and 3500rs on 2g which is beyond my imagination or usage compared to last 2 yrs of usage.
after around 25 complaints to the company i have got no response what so ever about my complain nor have they tried to solve my problem. Instead they without consulting me or informing me have rejected my complain and have suspended my connection. I tried talking to them about my problem but they arent giving me proper reply nor are listening to my complain. They have charged me 4600rs for my usage whereas my average usage from last 3 yrs is not more than 1100rs. my no. is 09725059305
