Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you I am an Aircel customer of West Bengal region.I used to recharge internet package of Rs. 98 where I get 1GB 2G and 300 Mb 3G.
My problem is sudden deduction of Rs.21/- from my account on 16th August 2013.When I called in Aircel Customer care I was informed that I was charged Rs.13.40 for using chargeable site. Neither he informed me which chargeable site I used nor the reason of another deduction of Rs.7.60 from my account. The customer Care Officer’s name is Silajul Islam and the reference number is 1-13469819637.(The reference number is absolutely based on his oral conversation. He did not even give me any kind of sms for the reference number.)
I called again two-three times but every time they told me that they have no any kind of updates of Rs.21/- deduction & I have to wait 24 hours for the updates.
As per their demand I called again today(17th August 2013) and I was informed that after activating 3G I used internet in 2G settings. For that reason on 16th august 2013 in the early morning I was deducted Rs.13.40 and Rs.7.60.The name of the customer care officer is Suman Chakraborty and the reference number is 1-13476304097.
But how can it be possible when I have enough 2G and 3G balance remaining( 246.5 Mb 2G and 300 Mb 3G remaining). Then how can I use my 2G balance if I have to turn on the 3G settings always. Is not it my personal choice when I turn on My 3G or When I turn on my 2G settings? I can’t even use the internet from that day where I have the validity up to 30th August 2013.
Now I do not know what should I do. Should I have to wait for the Aircel Customer care for getting my balance back or I have to wait for your feedback.
Not only that but also I was deducted rs.15/- some days before. But after complaining I got my balance back. Why this kind of incident is happening again and again.I will be waiting for your your feedback.
I hope I will get my balance back as soon as possible & there will be no more internet connection failure.
