I am using a number of aircel for around 2 years. For last few months I was noticing wrong billing. regarding that I have complained several times to them. This time also for some wrong billing they barred my outgoing call facility. I asked them for details of my usage but it has not been made available to me. They told after billing only they can give the details. so if I want to start outgoing facility again, I need to do the payment. I am a businessman, I was facing a huge loss. So I had to do the payment after 2 days. After getting the bill, I found there are lot of billing they have billed which are wrong.
My Questions are-
1) As a consumer do I have the right to know the billing any time if I have any doubt?
2) Since they have barred my outgoing call, I have faced huge business loss. Since it was for wrong billing How I can suit a penalty against aircel.
