wrong billing

Hi

I have 7 numbers from Vodafone

9821169210
9819221100
9819018595
9819012040
9819224535
9321169210
9819338191

Out of which 3 numbers i personally use rest are with my family members. Today morning received sms on my numbers 9821169210 and 9819221100 stating your national and local sms service has been deactivated based on my request ( i don’t know if the other numbers have received he same message or not)

How can you deactivate the service when i have not requested

Last 5 months Vodafone has made me paid black berry charges on my number 9819221100 when i have not activated it or given any request for the same. When complained to your customer care they say i will have to pay the charges when there was zero usage as i was not even aware that Vodafone has activated that service on my number

I need an satisfactory reply on the both of the issues or i will have to take this issue to consumer forum
