Irrelevant electricity cuts and low voltage.

I am a resident of Hansi town (PIN: 125033) , Dist. Hisar. In my entire town there are unnecessary electricity cuts and every other day there is some fault due to which one or more areas of the town do not get electricity for about 8-10 hours at a stretch. Also there is a problem of low voltage, no tube lights are able to glow due to this and many people have got their appliances damaged as well. I have sent numerous mails to DHBVN but till date there has been no response. Also I an shocked that in the DHBVN colonies (Vidyut Nagar, Hisar) there are no cuts even for a second and the street light are always ON even if it is daylight.

Please help me in untwisting this problem and teaching the related authorities a lesson.
