Wrong Billing

Hi,

This is in regards to my phone no 9008719860. For some strange reasons 3g plan costing to Rs 100 was activated by Airtel on this number 6 months back. When we called customer care they told that i did call them to activate them which is false.

When i called them in Nov 1st Week they anyways refunded Rs 250 and confirmed that they will deactivate the 3G plan. However to my surprise when i see my Dec’12 bill No 936841540, to my shock i see the same plan again.

These is total fraudster. Upon enquiry with customer care on 22nd Dec, i was told that i never called customer care to deactivate.

This is cheating to the extreme, when i never called to actiate 3G plan they can see that call information.
However when i called to deactivate this service and get a refund in first week of Nov, they can’t see this information.

I need explanation from higher authorities about this Anomaly and want some to call me.

The call made to customer care and conversation with Rajesh on 22nd Dec was another painful experince altogether. Just becuase this company is market leader in telecom industry you can’t afford to be so complacement about your customer service.
