wrong bill on my name

Location/place: Bhubaneswar

Name of company/service: Eureka Forbes

I had taken a AG Classic water purifier on 25.10.2011 and obtained the requisite bill & the system after full payment in exchange of my old AG Royale Water purifier. Surprisingly one week back again I have received another bill of AG Total Infinity Water Purifier for which I have not paid anything.Complained to AG helpline vide their docket No 87218614 but nothing has been materialise as on today.
