Idea Cellular: Getting a bill for the number I have not bought.

Dear Team,

It is shocking that after you have sent me the mail still i have not received any feedback from your side.

Infact your customer care executives are constantly calling me and harassing me.

THREE THINGS:

1) NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN ON THIS COMPLAINT WHICH I HAVE SENT 15 TIMES, ATLEAST I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ANSWER.

2) THE SALES PERSON WHOM I HAD MENTIONED ABOUT IN THE MAIL NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AGAINST HIM, AS HE IS CALLING ME AND SAYING U DO NOT WORRY.

3) I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO SOME HIGHER AUTHORITIES IF POSSIBLE OR I WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT FOR THE MATTER. PLEASE FIND ATTACHED YOUR MAIL FOR YOUR REFERENCE.

I AM ALSO ATTACHING MY COMPLAINT AGAIN.

I have not made the payment for the same, what I said is that I have received the bill without even getting a dongle to use.

I believe there is some confusion. Please find the points:

Not filled any CAF: I have not filled any CAF to apply for the net connect of Idea. I had received a phone call the person (Mukesh – 9718255584) who explained me the plan and I agreed to buy it on the phone but no CAF was being filled.

Not Received The Dongle : I have not received the dongle at the first place to use.

Verification : A person came for verification to whom I explained the complete situation who wrote in his feedback that the device has not been delivered, which was also confirmed by one of your call center executive.

Bill Received: I have received the bill for the complete month without even receiving the instrument leave aside using it.

Reminder Received : I have also received a reminder stating that amount is due in your account.

My question is why should I pay for something which I have not received leave aside using it. Also I need this closed as early as possible and would request you to take a strict action towards the sales person.

Also this is to inform you that the same sales person called me up today again and said me not to worry about the bill and he will get it sorted out from back end.

KINDLY DO SOMETHING about it and just don’t call me or mail me for the details. I guess I have provided all the information you require.
