Dear sir / Madam,
Idea has provided us the CUG plan and after recieving the bill I can to know that the CUG has been charged
I immediatly compalint the same but from last 2 months I’m getting the same bill with charges and now their Customer Care people are saying that henceforth you will not be charged but previous dues can not be reversed.
Is it my fault that I have made calls to CUG nos.
